Q: What is the Lean Body Boot Camp?

A: The Lean Body Boot Camp is a on-going fitness program that utilizes the most advanced fat-burning and muscle toning strategies ever designed, combined with a few nutritional tweaks that will have you getting into the best shape of your life in the shortest time possible, regardless of your current fitness level.

Q: What if I am not physically fit?

A: No problem. No one will be left behind. Regardless if you have 50 lbs. to lose or just that last stubborn 5 lbs. to lose, our Orange County Boot Camp will get you into shape, regardless of your fitness level. Our experienced boot camp trainers know how to deal with people of various fitness levels. So, you are in great hands.

Q: What if I can’t make it to boot camp everyday?

A: No problem. Most of our boot camp clients come about 3 times per week and get amazing results. Plus, with the multiple boot camp times, you will have every opportunity to make plenty of classes to get yourself into killer shape.

Q: What if I am too busy and don’t have time to come?

A: Professionally speaking…after working with over 10,416 clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel.

Q: Ok, you make a great point. What do I need to bring?

A: Nothing, except for a water bottle. We have all the equipment necessary to get you into mind-boggling shape. Just don’t come in on an empty stomach. Make sure you have something light so you don’t get dizzy.

Q: What kind of results should I expect to get?

A: You will starting losing fat and toning up your entire body. You will lose anywhere from 7 to 15 lbs. and 2 to 5% body fat every 30 days. Your clothes will become looser and looser, as your waist, hips, and thighs slim down.

Q: How is this different than going to the local health club?

A: The Lean Body Boot Camp is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. Q: How often can I come to the boot camp?

A: We have classes 6 days per week, all throughout the day. You can come as much as you want. I recommend you come at least three times per week to get great results.

Q: Can I pay per workout or just pay when I come?

A: No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!

Q: Will I be sore sometimes?

A: At first, you will be a little sore. But, that only lasts 2 to 3 days. Then, as time goes on, so does the soreness.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: Yes, there is. We have a 30 day, unconditional, no questions asked refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results, we will give you all your money back.

Q: What is a typical day at boot camp like?

A: In one word – FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training. On wild card days, you will hike, crawl, lunge, and have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It’s always an adventure!

Q: How soon will see improvements?

A: Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 30 days.

Q: Does the boot camp ever end?

A: No. Our boot camp is an ongoing boot camp. You can stay as long as you like, or leave when you feel you have reached all your health and fitness goals. About 85% of our clients stay well over a year.
